Unfair Advantages

•  Hacks, macros, xray texture packs, freecam, bug abuse, exploiting, duping, or unfair mods & resourcepacks, minimaps/worldmaps/entityradars, seed cracking. ( Progress Will Be Wiped if BANNED )

•  Bypassing Punishments with different IGNS/usernames, or other methods are also forbidden.

Discriminations

•  Discriminating others based on age, disability, gender, race, religion, belief, maternity, sex, or sexual orientation is not allowed.

•  No form of sexism, racism, homophobia, or other types of discrimination will be tolerated.

Chat Abuses

•  Abusive language, inappropriate topics or jokes, misleading information, or any kind of harassment is not allowed.

• Do not spam chat with repeated/similar messages in a short period of time, extremely long messages, non-English language characters, messages with ALL CAPS, or gibberish.

•  Extreme toxicity or being rude to other players is also not permitted. A bit of friendly trash talk is okay, but it may potentially be seen as toxicity, which will result in a punishment.

•  Using SMP-CHAT on discord while muted ingame is NOT ALLOWED!

Advertisements

•  No self promotion is allowed on the server, including the discussion/advocation of products, services, or other Minecraft/discord servers. 

•  Asking if players would like to buy or trade items on in-game, or in the dedicated channel on discord is fine, but other advertisement that is not related to HustlersMC SMP is not allowed.

•  YouTube and other streamable links MUST be HustlersMC related, but can only be advertised hourly only posting the link once and not spamming it, please feel free to make content on the server!

Threats

•  Threatening to, or actively doxing, DDOS, harassment, blackmail, SWATTING, IP grabbing, or sending malicious links are all strictly banned.

•  Leaking/sharing the personal information of others is not allowed, whether or not the information is true or not, do not share your own personal information either.

•  Some of these offenses are even illegal, and is absolutely not a "joke" in relation to these offenses will not be tolerated.

Mega Farms

•  Building farms such as raid farms, shulker farms, ghast farms, or gold farms are not allowed.

•  Decently sized farms like iron, cactus, carrot, potato, melon, pumpkin, sugarcane, nether wart, wither skull, enderman, creeper, villager, enderpearl, or  countless other farms (automatic or manual) ARE ALLOWED just decently sized and not to oversized.

Griefing & PvP ByPassing & Improper Manners

•  Griefing near spawn is not allowed (lava casting, boat filling, animal filling, item filling, powder snow glitching, water cubes, placing random blocks everywhere, etc).

•  Lag machines of any kind including mass entities, giant redstone lag contraptions, chunk ban machines, or any other methods of lagging the server/banning or kicking players through exploits are strictly banned. Giant farms that produce major lag will also be considered lag machines, and are not allowed.

•  Destroying, raiding, or damaging another players build is allowed on NO CLAIMS REALM, but you CANNOT grief around a players land claim on LAND CLAIMS REALM ( 1 - 2 CHUNK NEAR ) so make sure you too claim your land.

•  Large scale griefs that ruin the terrain of the server are not allowed (massive lava casts, large water cubes, clearing out massive chunks, placing random blocks everywhere).

•  Breaking bedrock or portal trapping are also not allowed.

• Do not lie to staffs comply appropriately!

•  Do not use playerwarps for tp trapping.

• No Killing In Claims ( Such as killing players inside the claim while you're outside the claim )

•  TP Trapping is allowed ( BUT NOT ON CLAIMS AND SPECIALLY MUST BE ON A NOT AN CLAIMED AREA EVEN IF PVP CLAIMS IS ON )

•  Do Not Claim Near A Claimed Players Area There Must Be A 2 - 3 Chunk Distance Between Claims.

•  You are allowed to trap any staff members but is limited to not acting as in need of help.

• Please respect the land owner's space or his claims.

• Inappropriate Builds Specially Toxicity ( Including but not limited to signs such as builds etc.)  Will not be tolerated!

•  Using Morph While PvPing or Doing Events such as Koths Is Prohibited NOT ALLOWED ( A MORPH COUNTER INSTEAD ONCE YOU ATTACK THAT MORPHED PLAYER FIRST THIS RULE CAN BE BYPASSED BY THE MORPHED PLAYER FOR HIS DEFENSE )

•  Using Morph To Kill Someone Or PvPing Again Is NOT ALLOWED ( A MORPH COUNTER INSTEAD ONCE YOU ATTACK THAT MORPHED PLAYER FIRST THIS RULE CAN BE BYPASSED BY THE MORPHED PLAYER FOR HIS DEFENSE)

Altnernate Accounts

•  Using an alternate account to abuse our reward system is prohibited. ( Progress will be wiped if banned )

•  Being logged onto another account to recieve global rewards, such as when community goal is hit, vote parties etc. Is strictly prohibited. ( Progress will be wiped if banned )

•  Using alternate accounts to AFK Farm is NOT ALLOWED.

•  You should not use referrals for your own benefits if you did not invite that player yourself as its unfair for others who actually invited. ( Progress will be wiped if banned )

Koth Rules

•  No teaming with anyone outside the team not even allies. ( Progress will be wiped if banned )

•  If players of different teams are found teaming on a third unfairly punishment will be given. ( Progress will be wiped if banned )

Bounty Rules

•  Do not set a bounty to purposely get heads or sabotaging bounties purpose.

•  If any of the TOP 1 - 3 bountied players gets caught they will be jailed for 1 - 3 hours.

📌IMPORTANT NOTES

• Repeated rule breaking or repeating offenses will result in escalating punishments. Severe offenses may result in an instant permanent ban.
• Players who are ignorant about this rules will be banned for 24+ Hours.
• Do not open or appeal other players ban or mute cases!

🟢 MINOR OFFENSES
1️⃣1 hr MUTE or 1 day BAN 
2️⃣1 day MUTE or 3 days BAN 
3️⃣3 days MUTE or 1 week BAN 
4️⃣7 days MUTE or 1 month BAN 
5️⃣Escalate if repeated, meaning 2x punishment duration if offense is done again. 

🟡MODERATE OFFENSES
1️⃣1 day MUTE or 1 day BAN 
2️⃣3 days MUTE or 3 days BAN 
3️⃣1 week MUTE or 14 days BAN 
4️⃣1 month MUTE or 1 month BAN 
5️⃣Permanent MUTE or Permanent BAN 

🔴SEVERE OFFENSES
1️⃣2 Weeks BAN 
2️⃣1 month BAN 
3️⃣PERMANENT BAN
